Huge thank you to Coach A Rod for coming out and conditioning with the Sandpoint All-Star Super Novas! His passion for building high-performing teams and advocating for health, fitness, and discipline was evident from the moment he stepped in.⭐️

He did an incredible job pushing the girls, challenging their mindset, and educating them on what top-performing athletes must do to compete and win. The energy, intensity, and encouragement he brought made a huge impact on our athletes. So grateful for leaders who inspire greatness on and off the mat.
