Hey WHIP🗣️ New strength cycle incoming! Starting June 8th, we’re bringing strength and gymnastics back to our roots.
Less rigid cycles. More variety. Better class flow.
You’ll still squat, pull, press, climb, and get stronger - but with a more classic CrossFit approach that blends strength and skill work into the overall training stimulus. Expect varied lifts, rep schemes, gymnastics foundations, and skill development that build stronger, more capable athletes.
More fun. More balance. More Mayhem😉
We’ll kick things off with benchmark 3RM Back Squat and 3RM Deadlift testing the week of June 8th. Let’s get to work.
