Another impressive win for SSSLions! It was a very close and competitive game, with both teams putting up a great fight until the very end.
Man of the Match – Noor Sultan
Noor Sultan delivered an outstanding all-round performance to earn Man of the Match honors. He scored a crucial 48 runs off 38 balls and contributed 2 important wickets with the ball.

His innings came at a critical stage of the match, with 7 wickets already down and 78 runs still required. Noor showed great composure and responsibility to guide the team through a challenging situation.

A special mention goes to the excellent partnership between Jassa and Prayank and then Noor and Prayank.

The bowling effort was equally impressive, with Taran, Jassa, and Noor delivering excellent spells.

SSS Lions CC delivered a historic performance and securing a massive 365-run victory against UCC. It was a day of total dominance in the UCCL Summer 2026 league. Batting first Happy Deol led the charge with a phenomenal 179 runs off 64 balls, smashing 19 fours and 13 sixes at a strike rate of 279.69.
Devender Singh showed pure class, remaining Retired Not Out with a blistering 107 runs off 38 balls, including 6 fours and 9 sixes.and Picked up 2 wickets for 18 runs in 4 overs

Jaskaran Jurat finished strong, staying not out with 88 runs off 31 balls, hitting 4 fours and 9 sixes to keep the momentum high.and hits 6 sixes and one 4 in last over and made 36 runs total.
R K contributed a solid 34 runs off 35 balls with 2 fours and Delivered a standout spell, taking 3 wickets for just 4 runs in 1.3 overs.

SSS Lions CC kicked off the UCCL Summer 2026 season with a dominant 91-run victory over Davis CC at Bradshaw, powered by a formidable total of 220/6 in 30 overs. The batting charge was led by Iqbal Sangha, who smashed a brilliant 82 off 62 balls, well-supported by MOM Dev Babbar’s steady 64 and a quick-fire 28 from Jassa Jurat.The Lions' bowling attack proved just as clinical, bowled out Davis CC for 129 in 24.4 overs thanks to a standout performance by Noor Sultan, who claimed 4 wickets for 27 runs. With additional contributions from Jassa Jurat (2 wickets) and Dev Babbar it was a complete all-round performance that sets a high bar for the rest of the league.
