Last night we were knocked out of the tournament. So much softball in the last week, the girls were hurting and feeling it. I am beyond proud of their effort, dedication, determination and drive. These young women hopefully made memories this season that will last a lifetime. By far the most challenging age anyone can coach, but these are the years that having positive role models matter most. I take the digs at how coach is not styling and may not know half of what they are talking about. But in the end of the day, I hope to enstill that I may be old but I am a leader who will never ask them to do something I won't do too. I led them by example and try to show them that having fun, not caring what others think and never giving up is what matters most. Playing with heart will carry you further in this game of softball more than anything else! These 12 girls have taught this coach some new things, I am growing with them and for that I am forever greatful to be called Coach Nicole 💙🥎😊 Congratulations Elk Grove Thunder 12u Select - Tyrrell for a fantastic season!
