2026 Murph has arrived!

Join EAG CrossFit for the 2026 Murph, a tribute workout honoring Navy SEAL Michael P. Murphy and his ultimate sacrifice for our country.

This challenging event combines 1 mile runs, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats with optional weight vests (20-14 lbs). Open to all fitness levels, it’s about showing up and giving your complete effort to honor what this workout represents.

Everyone is welcome to join! No sign-up needed. Just show up on May 23rd at 8 AM here at Evolution Athletix.

Start Striking with Beginner Kickboxing!

Led by Coach Ben Grady on Tuesdays and a team of experienced instructors throughout the week, our Beginner Kickboxing class covers basic footwork, defense, and a full range of strikes including punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Through partner drills, pad work, and heavy bag work, students develop real technique in every session.

Whether you’re training for self defense, competition, or just looking for a great workout and stress relief, this class has something for everyone.
