Do they listen?

Do they work hard?
Absolutely.

This team thrives on chaos, last-second strategy changes, and selective hearing during warm-ups. But when the clock beeps? They SHOW UP.

Expect big lifts.

Last night we celebrated 5 incredible years as an affiliate, and wow… what a night! Big lifts, lots of laughs, high-fives all around — and so many smiles that perfectly capture what our community is all about.

To our members: thank you for trusting us with your fitness, for showing up on the hard days, for cheering loud for each other, and for making this place feel like home. YOU are the reason we get to celebrate milestones like this.

🚣‍♀️ Row for Nicole - 15,000m Team Challenge 💪

EAG CrossFit is coming together for a special event to support our friend and member, Nicole, as she continues her fight with ovarian cancer.

👉 What: 15,000m Row – Teams of 3
👉 Cost: $75 per team (all proceeds go to Nicole) Credit Card, Cash or Venmo accepted
👉 When: September 21st at 0800
👉 Where: EAG CrossFit, S**o, ME

Each team will take on the distance together, rowing in rotation and pushing one another to the finish line. And because this is CrossFit—we couldn’t resist adding a little extra fun. When you come off the rower, expect a small added treat before you tag in your next teammate. 😉💪🍩

This event isn’t just about fitness—it’s about community, strength, and showing up for someone we love. 💙💚

All money raised will go directly to help Nicole, supporting her and her family as she continues to kick cancers 🍑

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun-whether you row, cheer, or donate, your presence makes a difference.
