☀️ Summer is just around the corner and the Beach Muscle May Challenge is a free accountability challenge for members, focused on strength training, protein consumption, and recovery.

If you’re not assessing…you’re guessing!

If you’re starting a workout program in hopes that it’s a good fit for you and there isn’t any type of assessment involved why would you expect it to be personalized and made for you?

The quickest progress made is the with the exercise program tailored to your body, current level of fitness and limitations.

It also requires important data collection to use to drive and record progress.

Every single new member goes through our unique Seacoast Strength screenings:

1. Interview

What are your goals, expectations, perceptions, training history and injuries.

2. Circumference measurements and Inbody Scan

Let’s begin to record and focus on accurate size, body fat, and muscle mass measurements

3. Movement Quality Assessment

Let’s see what moves well and what doesn’t before we start training. We’ll review your Movement Quality Report Card to identify joints and movements we’ll need to focus on (or avoid)!

4. Strength Test

Nothing crazy but we need to establish your baseline with some bodyweight exercises. This will also allow us to look back at our strength scores as we progress.

5. Conditioning Test

Let’s get an idea of what your current cardio and work capacity is like. Short and intense.

Her consistency keeps her active year round, from skiing to soaking up the sunshine ☀️ We’re grateful to have Jenny as a part of our community - her complaints of the bike and all! 😉
