🚨 IMPORTANT CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT: Course Rules & Policy Enforcement
To ensure a fair, enjoyable, and timely pace of play for all paying members and guests, management is strictly enforcing the following course policies effective immediately.
🛑1. Trespassing & Non-Payment Policy
Playing golf without checking in or paying greens fees is theft of service.
🛑The Rule: All players must check in at the Club House before teeing off. This includes spectators, a green fee is required for everyone 11 and up. Children 10 and under are free.
🚫The Penalty: Any golfer caught sneaking onto the course or playing without paying will receive an immediate **one (1) calendar year ban** from the facility. Then they must be reinstated by the Rolla County Club Board.
🛑2. Group Size Restrictions (No "Six-Somes")
Large groups severely disrupt the pace of play and damage the course.
🛑The Rule: Maximum group size is **five (5) players**. Groups of six (6) are strictly prohibited. With the only exceptions of approved groups of six are designated for Men’s Night and Ladies’ Night events, after 4:30 PM.
Enforcement Policy for Prohibited Groups:
🚫First Offense: The group will be required to immediately break up into smaller groups.
🚫Second Offense: If the same players are caught grouping up again, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund, and will face a **one (1) month ban** from the golf course.
