Would like to give our gym member, Myles Brunelle, a huge shoutout!

He was in here for a full 2-hours. He was on the decline crunch bench for well over an hour. Not once did he get off the machine!

Well, it helps that he was lying on his stomach and not his back.. Also helps that he was texting the whole time… 😂😂😂😂

Maybe next week the staff will see him get a workout in!

Threats of any kind to our staff or members will automatically have you 86’d from our facility.

We want the weight room to be a safe place for others. Not a place where people must worry about their own safety.

It is unfortunate to have to make this post again and again, time after time.

Please do NOT allow others in with you using your key fob while we are closed. This includes people coming in with you, opening the door for others, allowing others to use your key fob, allowing others to log into your Salto KS key fob account, etc etc.

The cameras are always rewatched, and if you’ve done this recently, your key fob is permanently shut off. We do have a sign on the key fob door that strictly prohibits this.

We will not be answering any messages if you’ve broken our gym rules. Please visit us during gym hours and speak to a staff member about this issue.

Lastly, we are close to our 300 member key fob limit. If you have *NOT* used your key fob within the last 6 months, you will be deleted from our system to make room for others wanting to purchase a fob.
