This is all about HOW we move our bodies. Learning to properly align postures and use muscles correctly can benefit any dancer or athlete. Mobility, strength, balance and flexibility can improve with good technique. Message me for a spot.

Dance camps start next week. The Tiny Tots creative movement and the tumbling class are full.

There are still spots available in the Fit and Fun dance camp for ages 7 & up. This is a two hour morning session from 9:30-11:30am on Monday and Tuesday. We will work on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. There will be dancing and games to challenge participants physically and mentally in an upbeat, playful class. A great way to keep kids moving and grooving! The fee is $35. Message me for a spot.

Monday and Tuesday June 1 & 2 Fit and Fun dance for ages 7 & up from 9:30-11:30am, fee is $35

Monday and Tuesday June 1 & 2 Tiny Tots creative movement class for ages 3-5yrs, 5:00-5:45pm, fee is $15

Monday June 1 & Thursday June 4, Tumbling for ages 5-7 yrs from 6-7pm fee is $20

Monday: Cheer class 5-6pm
Tuesday: Big Stars 6:15-7:15pm
Thursday: Little Stars 5-6pm
Next Monday, May 11: Tiny Tutus 5-6pm

SHOW TIME
The Rolla Dance Center spring recital will be today at 2:00pm at the Rolla school. (Door #2)

Today is the day my students have been working for all year! I am blessed to work with such a wonderful group of kids. I appreciate all the support from their families. You making the commitment to get them to classes, extra practices and performances throughout the season is what helps them succeed.
