Flying Frog Academy Parkour & Freerunning for Sonoma County. Flying Frog Academy is Sonoma County's one & only Parkour & Freerunning Academy!

At our one of a kind indoor parkour park, students of all ages will learn to navigate their environment and accomplish fun movement challenges while learning parkour specific movements and skills. All of our classes focus on safety, precision, and perseverance, while also incorporating explorative play, strength building and creativity. We offer parkour classes for kids, teens, and adults, plus birthday parties, camps, field trips, and more!

We're letting all our members do a membership upgrade to do more parkour just during summer. 🔥🔥🔥
For only $35 current members can upgrade their membership to come an extra time each week! Only available June, July, and August, you can do one month or multiple!
