Andy is a Human Durability Coach specializing in strength, mobility, and long-term functional fitness. With over 20 years of experience coaching everyone from one-on-one personal training clients to large group boot camps, Andy helps people build resilient bodies that perform both inside and outside the gym.
A lifelong recreational athlete, Andy has competed in strongman, running events, powerlifting, CrossFit, and obstacle course races, giving him firsthand experience in performance training, recovery, and durability across multiple disciplines. His coaching philosophy combines strength, movement quality, mobility, and mindset to help clients improve performance, reduce injury risk, and create sustainable fitness for life.
Andy believes fitness should build people up — physically, mentally, and professionally — and his coaching style blends practical science with real-world grit to help clients become stronger, more capable, and more confident at every stage of life.
