Join our Small Group Performance Training Sessions this June at Sisu Performance. These sessions are designed for athletes ages 12-14 who want to improve their speed, agility, power, strength, and overall athletic performance in a focused small-group environment.

Boys Group: 1:30pm-2:30pm
Girls Group: 2:30pm-3:30pm

👥 Limited to 8 athletes per group
💲 $200 for all 6 sessions

Athletes will receive individualized coaching while training alongside other motivated athletes in a competitive and supportive environment.
