Meet Julian!
Julian first got into CrossFit in 2020 when he decided it was time to build better habits, challenge himself, and become the best version of himself — both physically and mentally. Since starting his journey at CrossFit Rockwall, he’s learned that the benefits of CrossFit go far beyond the gym. Daily life feels easier because he’s constantly building strength, endurance, and discipline through consistent hard work.
Outside the gym, Julian works as an aircraft mechanic on corporate jets, spending his days troubleshooting problems and working with his hands — something he genuinely enjoys. When he’s not at work or in the gym, you can usually find him out cycling on trails or riding with friends.
His advice for anyone thinking about trying CrossFit? Just start. You don’t need to “get in shape” before joining. Every workout can be scaled to meet you where you are, and the hardest part is simply walking through the door that first time. Once you do, you quickly realize CrossFit is more than a workout — it’s a community that helps you grow stronger mentally and physically every day.
