We just launched our Kids Murph Prep Course at Inclusion Compete 💪

This is a fun, structured program where kids (ages 7–14) will: ✅ Build strength & confidence

✅ Stay active and off screens
✅ Work toward completing their own Murph workout
📅 Tuesdays @ 6PM
📅 Saturdays @ 11AM
