BEATZ LADIES & others if your interested!!!

I will be going LIVE a few nights a week so we can work out together in our home while I'm healing & come back to BEATZ with toned up bodies!!!

It easy for me to take payment through messenger and then we start the class at home...

I would like To start a BEATZ toning class that incorporates arms, abs, b***y training & ends foam rolling & stretching!! (This will be an at home class video to do with me!) --- since I can't do much on my feet yet.

Since I have been home with this injury and figuring out a way to feel good and treat myself ... it's amazing how a foam roller makes your feel!!! It's like a at home chiropractic adjuster and masssage (trigger point therapy) -- hurts like hell!!!!! But you feel like a new person and your being your own doctor!!!!

I'd like to STOP... DROP... & foam ROLL... our way to an amazing body & health!!!!

You would need a yoga mat, small hand weights, foam roller, a small towel & water for all that hard work your about to do!!!
