A hidden gym tucked inside Flow Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Early mornings, we take over the mats and focus on helping people become as strong, healthy, and fit as possible.

What started as just two cardio kickboxing classes each week has grown into something I could have only dreamed of. It’s become a community filled with hardworking, encouraging people who show up for themselves and for each other. (And you all inspire me daily)

I’m incredibly grateful for every one of you who chooses to train with me at Flow Strength. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey 🙏

I’m beyond thankful for Coach Katie Katie Anne
She brings the perfect balance of knowledge, encouragement, and positive energy to every class. We are lucky to have her, and I truly couldn’t do it without her.

You have to reach failure to become stronger—that’s the magic.

So proud of

With every reason to throw in the towel, she adjusted, shifted, and found a way forward through a major injury and setbacks that would stop most people. Not just physically but in her career as well.

That kind of resilience builds more than strength—it builds character.
Here she is now, hitting another huge milestone in her journey.

My clients inspire me every day—every age, every background, every victory earned through hard work and consistency.
