With over 25 years experience in multiple facets of boat repair and construction, our highly trained crew provides fine workmanship with competitive pricing. fers a variety of fine vessels for bareboat charter which we store and maintain. The fleet is based in Rockland Harbor, at the heart of Midcoast Maine's spectacular cruising ground Penobscot Bay. We are currently offering a great deal on top of the line Awl-Grip topside paint jobs. For any boat under 45 feet, we will paint your hull for $240.00 a foot! Let's welcome Lincoln to our team! He brings a passion for mechanics and hands-on expertise to the boatyard. A recent graduate of the 2024 class at Lincoln Academy, Lincoln is currently attending Heavy Equipment school to further develop his mechanical skills. When he’s not keeping our boats in top shape, you can find him out on the water, working as a lobsterman alongside his grandpa. His dedication to precision and love for the maritime world make him a valuable addition to our crew.

Let's welcome Henry to the JBW team! An experienced marine diver with a strong commitment to safety at sea, Henry is also skilled in carpentry and rigging. Raised in the Bahamas, he developed a deep connection to the ocean while navigating cargo vessels. Since transitioning to dry land in 2025, Henry has embraced his adventurous spirit through scuba diving, treasure hunting, and historical reenactments. We’re excited to have him on board!

Introducing our new rigger, Josh! He is a skilled craftsman educated in Washington State, where he specialized in the construction of wooden boats. Josh brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to our team, and his extensive study and experience in crafting wooden boats demonstrate his deep appreciation for the water.

In his spare time, Josh is dedicated to teaching sailing to young people. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, two dogs, and their horses while cherishing the beauty of nature.
