HoopsStrength is a personal training company in Rochester NY which focuses on strength, speed, and skill development of high school and college basketball players. We are much different than large group clinics where athletes are given only small amounts of feedback. Company owner Matt Jones is a certified personal trainer and former college basketball assistant coach at St. John Fisher College an

d Monroe Community College. All trainers are certified personal trainers and accomplished teachers and coaches. Summer is where October gets decided.
 
Two kids show up to October tryouts. Same skill level. One makes the roster, one doesn’t. The difference was made in June, July, and August.
