Closing out Princeton June I with a bang 💥

Cassidy Hisler had an incredible weekend in both the hunter and jumper rings.

Piloting her sister’s Datejust, she was Champion in the 3’3” Junior Hunters and took home the win in the Classic.

She then stepped up to the 1.30m Jumpers aboard Berenice Della Caccia, finishing 3rd in both of Saturday’s classes and placing 7th in Sunday’s 1.30m Classic.

With Bull Runs Firefly, she claimed the win in Saturday’s 1.20m Speed and returned on Sunday to jump a clear round and finish 4th in the 1.30m Classic, earning Reserve Champion honors for the division.

A fantastic finish to an amazing week in Princeton. Next up: Junior Hunter Finals! 👏🏻🔥🐴✨

Princeton June 1 - Amateur Hour 🍷

Nikki Muratore and Sanskrit had a stellar week - Champion in the USHJA 2’9, Low Adult Hunters and the Bit O Straw 2’6 Derby

✨ Cayley Gelbwaks and Prada were right behind, finishing Reserve Champion in the Low Adult Hunters, winning the Low Adult Hunter Classic, M&S Medal, and placing 3rd in the Bit O’ Straw Derby.

✨ Cayley Gelbwaks and Griffin stepped up to the .90m division and finished 2nd in Saturday’s Power & Speed class.

✨ Leanne Daley and Emerald City claimed top ribbons in the 3’ Adult Hunters, including a 3rd-place finish in the Adult Hunter Classic.

Princeton June I Weekday Highlights 🏆

✨ Datejust swept both over-fences classes in the 3’3” Performance Hunters on Wednesday and finished 4th in the USHJA Hunter Derby.

✨ Emerald City earned the Championship in the 3’3” Performance Hunters, highlighted by an impressive first-round score of 87 in the USHJA Hunter Derby, where he finished 6th overall.

✨ Entourage continued his consistent season with a win in the USHJA 2’9”, multiple top ribbons in the USHJA 3’, and a top-10 finish in the USHJA Hunter Derby.

Yesterday, we lost a very special member of our team, Bentley.

Our hearts are broken for the Carpenter family, but we take comfort in knowing that Bentley is now galloping through the greenest pastures.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who played a part in Bentley’s care and journey. Thank you to Diane Carpenter for trusting us with such a special horse. Thank you to our team in Chicago for sending Bentley our way. Thank you to Jesus for taking the utmost care of him and recognizing when something wasn’t right. Thank you to Grand Prix Equine—Dr. Jackie, Dr. Mel, and Liv—for your immediate response and support. Thank you to Show Time—Chrissy and Ron—for the quick transportation. And thank you to Cornell Ruffian for ensuring Bentley received the care and comfort he needed.

Most importantly, thank you, Bentley, for allowing us to be a small part of your career. Your gentle nature, kind spirit, and sweet presence will be deeply missed around the stable.

The rain didn’t stop our jumper girls today 🏆✨

Cassidy Hisler won the 1.20 Jr/Am Speed after finishing 2nd yesterday aboard Berenice Della Caccia. Cassidy also piloted her new mount Bull Runs Firefly to a 7th place finish.

Cayley Gelbwaks and Griffin jumped two beautiful double-clear rounds to finish 2nd in both the Open .80 and Jr/Am .80 classes ✨

So proud of these girls and horses for battling the weather and still putting in top results. Ready for Classic Day tomorrow 🏅
