Yesterday, my Leadership Class came in feeling down about going back to school, and it showed in their effort and attitude.

I made it very clear that having a bad day is okay, but lowering our standards is not how we act or work here at BEAST.

We reset, got focused, and finished class the right way. Once they earned it, I rewarded them with a few minutes of game time.

That’s leadership. Learning how to turn your attitude around, stay disciplined, and still get the job done even when you don’t feel like it. 🥋

Okay, maybe Google did not officially say martial arts is the number one sport for building confidence, but it was the first recommendation, so I am making it clear.

Martial arts is one of the best activities for building confident kids. 🥋

Sometimes it only takes one class to see a big confidence boost. Other times it takes a few weeks. The biggest change happens when a child stays committed.

They learn not to give up, not to leave things halfway finished and to always try their best even when something is not easy.

That is how real confidence is built, and we have been helping kids build it here at Beast for years.

Thank you to every single member and family for all the love, support, and understanding as we get ready to welcome our newest little addition. It truly means more to me and my family than you know.
