That’s great advice... unless you’re putting on greens like the ones at Shinnecock.

With greens rolling around 11 on the Stimpmeter, what starts as a simple tap-in can quickly turn into a nervous three-footer coming back the other way. Even Happy Gilmore might think twice before giving it that extra little love.
