🚨 URGENT: COACHES NEEDED 🚨

IWV Youth Baseball is in critical need of VOLUNTEER HEAD COACHES in every division for our Fall Ball season.

Mustang Division ✅ coaches found!
Still in need of Shetland, Pinto, Bronco/Pony

Without coaches, we cannot form teams. And if we cannot form teams, we may be forced to turn players away. That is something we never want to do.

Our league is 100% volunteer-run. Every season depends on parents, family members, and community members stepping up to help. Without volunteers, there is no Fall Ball season.

The good news? Fall Ball is designed to be developmental, not competitive. We are not looking for former MLB players or baseball experts. We simply need adults who are willing to help teach the fundamentals of the game, encourage young players, and create a positive experience on the field.

If you've ever considered coaching, now is the time. The future of our Fall Ball season depends on volunteers stepping forward.

📍 Kerr McGee Baseball Fields (IWVYB Fields)

Donate: Gently used bats, gloves, helmets, cleats, pants, equipment bags, and more.

Pick Up: Find gear your player can use for the upcoming season, completely free!

✅ Open to all families
✅ Donate, receive, or both
✅ First come, first served while supplies last

Want to be part of the action this season? We're looking for reliable high school students to join our Snack Bar Team!

✅ Must be at least 14 years old
✅ Must have a valid work permit
✅ California Food Handler License required (can be obtained before starting)
✅ Reliability is a must!

This is a great opportunity to earn experience, be part of the game-day atmosphere, and support our local youth baseball community.
