I want to highlight one of my favorite offensive coordinators in the country, Coach Scott. He truly has offensive football down to a science.
It starts with understanding players and what motivates them. From there, he creates a scheme that highlights their best attributes and puts them in position to succeed. Add in the attention to detail, preparation, and ability to adjust during games, and it’s easy to see why his offenses are so effective.
When you watch Varina play, you can see all of these things happening right in front of you. The offense plays with identity, confidence, and purpose every single snap.
