Have you Heard of that Insane Workout on DVD.. That is this in a Group Class.. Cardio Kickboxing- Punches,Jabs and Kicks all to Music. This Class works on Every Body Part. Core,Arms,Legs and Bums.This is all done at a 32 count so we build up the Workout.
