“Love this Gym!! It's Community focused. The Staff is so friendly and helpful. This Gym has a great motivating, high energy atmosphere! It's always clean and organized. The Instructors are Awesome! They're great mentors, supportive and encouraging, and they challenge you! Members are supportive of one another. There is a great variety of classes to choose from and workout equipment to use. Who's meal prepping' today? Here's a delicious & nutritious recipe for inspiration:

Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
-5 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
-2 broccoli heads, cut into small florets
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-3/4 cup chicken stock
-8 oz softened cream cheese
-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
-Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking pan.
2. Spread shredded chicken in the greased pan and sprinkle
with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, pepper, and Italian
seasoning.
3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chicken stock, until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the shredded chicken in the baking dish.
4. Top with broccoli florets and shredded mozzarella.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. You can broil for a couple of minutes to
crisp up the chicken casserole, if desired.
6. Garnish with fresh chopped
parsley and serve immediately.

Makes 4-6 servings...Enjoy!

Fit Tip Friday: When starting an exercise plan, one thing is certain: You must be doing it for YOURSELF and not for someone else. Your goal should be a healthier life, not a quick fix.

Tips To Get You Started:

Bring A Friend
Committing to meeting a friend for exercise makes it much harder to find an excuse and back out. Your friend will be counting on you and, providing they are similarly motivated, they will turn up for you.

Schedule It
Plan your workouts ahead of time and write them into your schedule in the same way that you would a doctor’s appointment.

Start Small
If you haven’t exercised in a while then there is no shame in starting small. Even a 30 minute class can be very effective and will make it less likely you’ll injure yourself by over-doing it.

Make It Fun
Exercise should be fun, looking forward to it will make it much easier to keep doing it.

Feeling nervous about starting? WE GET THAT! Everyone is a beginner at first. Embrace the learning and before you know it you'll be comfortable with the movements and will wonder why you waited so long to start!
