We have MANY adult lesson students! It’s never too late to find something you love.
I almost convinced myself I was too late to become a horse girl.
I was 30 years old.
I didn’t grow up riding.
I didn’t know anyone in the horse world.
And I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.
But I wanted it badly enough to be a beginner anyway.
And now, years later, I catch myself driving to the barn after a long workday or rearranging an already busy week just to squeeze in a ride… and I’m so grateful that 30-year-old me decided to try.
Because this life was worth being new at something.
It was worth feeling awkward.
It was worth walking into a barn where I didn’t know anyone.
And it was definitely worth the wait.
So if you’re 30, 40, 50, 60+ and wondering if you missed your chance — you didn’t.
And if you’re the adult rider currently trying to fit horses somewhere between work, family, responsibilities and everything else life throws at you…
I hope you’re proud of yourself for continuing to make room for the thing you love. 🤎🐴
Some dreams don’t need to happen early.
They just need you to start.
