NASM Certified Personal Trainer - Workout Plans

Hi, I’m Madison Sullivan, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I also shadow at Todd’s Body Shop Physical Therapy and Rehab. This fall I will attend the University of Nevada, Reno to study Public Health and Nutrition. I enjoy tailoring workout plans for each client’s unique goals no matter their age or fitness level. Hi everyone! I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who's passionate about the relationship between physical and mental health, and I'm committed to using exercise as a tool to improve both! During the school year, I'm a trainer at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness Center as I work toward my degrees in psychology and kinesiology, but I'm back for the summer up until late August. I have experience working mostly with young adults, but I would love to take on clients of all ages.
