We love afternoons with friends. Thanks to Karen Dan Pickett Carl Rice Andrea Gruner Rice and Anna for doing a great job of catching a total of 7 Drum and a few mackerel for the dinner table.

Friday Fun Fishing. Quick trip this afternoon with Karen Dan Pickett Emma Pickett and Reid. They landed 8 nice Drum on spinning tackle. And a few nice bluefish and mackerel. Don't get days like this often.

We appreciate Danny and the guys from Burwell joining us yesterday. They did a great job catching a limit of bluefish and a good number of Spanish mackerel. The highlight of the day was Roscoe's Red Drum. Caleb Anderson and I enjoyed their company. We still have a number of open dates so come on down while the fishing is good.

It's always a blast to have the opportunity to spend time with my AGR brothers. Plenty of stories and laughs were told and plenty of fish caught. Thanks to Chad, Brent Eaton DeLorme Mahaffey Franklin Showalter and Chris for joining us on Saturday. They did a great job of boxing up a limit of bluefish and a good number of mackerel. Chase Anderson and I had a great time as always!

Wanted to thank Sam and his crew for joining us on Friday. The fish and fisherman cooperated well with somewhat of a bumpy morning. They ended up with a nice catch of bluefish and some Spanish mackerel to take home. Karen Dan Pickett and I enjoyed their company.

Big thanks to Joel Nepomuceno Amanda Nepomuceno Jake, Mary, Luke, and Josh for fishing with us yesterday. They ended up with a nice catch of bluefish and Spanish mackerel. Dealt with a NE breeze and some seas in the morning, but it turned out o be a beautiful day. Carl Rice and I enjoyed their company.

Congratulations to Caleb Anderson for his 53 inch 46 lb cobia yesterday. We had great day and a lot fun. Appreciate Caleb and Chase Anderson for working hard to keep everything straight throughout the day. The turnout and participation in this year's NNK Shootout was impressive! Oh, Thanks to Mark for forgetting the lunch meat and eating all the brownies. He's always willing to contribute.

We enjoyed a fun day with Dan, Nan, and Brian yesterday. They did a great job landing two keeper Cobia, a short Cobia that we released, and a couple skates. Thanks to Capt. Joseph Biddlecomb for inviting us to help out.

We were blessed to have a great first week of cobia fishing. Friends fished with us and we fished with friends. We're hopeful the bite will continue and we'll have a great turn out for the NNK Saltwater Shootout tournament on Saturday. If you haven't entered, please sign up at Butler's Bait & Tackle.
