Lineman City Elite is moving to high-level small group development. Strictly capped at a MAX of 10 athletes per session for intense focus and maximum reps.
Don't send your kid to trainers who just blow a whistle. Our coaches have done it at a high level—we get in the dirt and demonstrate every single drill.

The Skills: Master the snap & trigger, snap consistently while maintaining blocks, and lock down inside leverage.
Football IQ: Master Inside/Outside Zone schemes and learn how to read a defensive front pre-snap.

For defensive playmakers who want to disrupt the entire backfield.
The Skills: Dominating from the 1-tech, 3-tech, and Edges with explosive get-offs and violent hand combat.
Football IQ: Master gap responsibilities and elite read-and-react keys to diagnose pass vs. run instantly.
