Due to the forecasted stormy weather, SMOGA at the Lake scheduled for Saturday has been canceled for the safety of our community, but don't worry, we're still flowing together! We have spots available for our Indoor SMOGA Sesh on Sunday, June 21st, as we celebrate International Yoga Day and Father's Day.

Join us for an unforgettable experience filled with movement, mindfulness, community, and good vibes, all in a comfortable indoor space.

Last week, we had the honor of leading two TRAP Yoga sessions at the Kansas City Public Schools LIT Student Conference for high school students and we had an absolute blast.

A few gems our Founder picked up along the way:
1. The word "Cook" means you did a great job. 🤏🏽
2. When asked what helps them stay calm, many shared that talking to God is their go-to. 🙌🏾
3. The young fellas love TRAP music, but surprisingly, a good Alicia Keys song wins every time. The most requested song? "You Don't Know My Name." 🎵
4. They enjoyed yoga so much that they affectionately called it "Nap Time" 😅

Most importantly, we took time to breathe, stretch, connect, and vibe together through movement and music (edited, of course). A reminder that balance can be found in unexpected places—even through TRAP music and yoga. It's all about creating space to slow down, reset, and take care of your mind and body in the way youth can relate 🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️
