📖 A special evening at Move to Heal ❤️

We’re excited to welcome Dennis Deary Sr. who recently released his book, Looking Back Through the Eyes of Faith.

He’ll be joining us at our Move to Heal meeting on Thursday, September 24th at 6:40 PM to share a little about his story, his journey, and what inspired him to write the book.

Books will also be available for purchase that evening for $10.

Our communities one and only Maize is undergoing surgery tomorrow. She’s in the Big Apple and in the hands of some of the best veterinarians around.

We’re all thinking of you, Mazie and sending lots of love, positive thoughts, and prayers for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. We can’t wait to have you back where you belong, greeting everyone at the gym and making our days a little brighter. 🐾♥️

Jacoby Wallace is no stranger to CrossFit! He’s been part of the gym scene since he was just a baby. Starting out in his mom’s arms before eventually graduating to the rower. 😄

After taking some time away to focus on soccer, Jacoby is back at age 11 and ready to build speed, strength, and muscle, the perfect combination for success both in sports and in the gym.

His coaches here at CrossFit Aspinock have explained Jacoby as a great listener, an awesome mover and eager to be coached, what more can we ask for!

If his dedication in CrossFit is anything like what he brings to the soccer field, he’s got a bright future ahead.
