A 6-week youth strength and fitness program designed specifically for kids ages 7-12!

This isn’t about lifting heavy weights—it’s about teaching kids how to move properly, build confidence, develop athletic skills, and have FUN while doing it.

On Saturday we held our annual MURPH event where we honored Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy by completing the MURPH challenge: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 air squats and another 1 mile run. 🇺🇸

Even though the rain didn’t let up, our community showed up and we couldn’t be more thankful🧨!
