It’s June and you know what that means…..our 30 day PLANK CHALLENGE!! We will work our way from 20 seconds up to 300 seconds (5 minutes) 😱. We will learn proper form and alignment, not to mention breathing techniques and positive affirmations to get us through! Planks are the ultimate multi-tasking move, working every muscle in your body. They strengthen your core, improve posture, help with low back pain, improve balance and increase flexibility.
