Your little hero is invited to join us for Kids Yoga with a Batman Twist!

This action-packed class combines yoga, movement, mindfulness, games, and imagination as we go on an exciting superhero adventure together!

✨ Helps build confidence
🧘 Practice emotional regulation through breath and movement
🎭 Encourage creative play and imagination
💪 Improve balance, coordination, and body awareness
🎉 Burn energy while having an unforgettable morning of fun
🦇 Superhero costumes are welcome but never required! Come dressed as Batman, your favorite hero, or simply wear comfy clothes you can move in.

🛍️Every child will receive a special superhero goody bag to take home after class!
