What goes up must come down! A great cradle is all about height, timing, and teamwork—from the bases creating a strong toss to the flyer riding it all the way to the top and the entire stunt group working together for a safe, controlled catch. Mastering the basics now sets athletes up for all the fun dismount variations that come later!
