Was gonna call this death by drop sets but… we’ll stick with leg day 🍑😜
Here’s the deets.⤵️
3-4 sets
1a. Heavy Bulgarian lunges 10 reps right into 10 body weight reps before to switch legs.*minimal rest time*
1b. Banded lateral walks 40 reps total *DONT LET YOUR FEET TOUCH- KEEP TENSION ON THE BAND*

3-4 sets
2a. Heavy db lateral lunges 10 reps right into 10 reps body weight before your switch legs. Right into⤵️
2b. Heavy db sumo squats 20 reps faster tempo

✨Real talk. Life has been c̠r̠a̠z̠y̠ this year. It’s so easy to get inside your head and complicate things.. especially when it comes to fitness. There’s sooo much information on anything and everything “fitness” related.. but remember it comes down to keeping it s̠i̠m̠p̠l̠e̠!

🗣Eat foods that make you feel good and fuel your body!
🗣Get moving! Whatever you enjoy.. biking, yoga, running, walking, lifting weights... there’s no wrong answer way to exercise!
🗣Try not to stress over things you can’t control! (Easier said than done I know!)
🗣Give yourself a break, no one is perfect! When you’ve “fallen off track” don’t “start over” just get back on where you left off.
🗣Drink your water! It’s one of the easiest things that you can do and it has so many benefits.
🗣Stop the comparison game. You against you. ❤️
