🚨NEW COACH ALERT🚨

Please join us in welcoming Lexi Smith to the staff!

Smith is a Portsmouth native and graduate of Notre Dame High School and played club volleyball for Southern Ohio Volleyball Club. She continued her collegiate career at Wheeling University from 2018–2022, where she was part of five Mountain East Conference championship teams, an NCAA Division II Elite Eight appearance, and four Regional Final appearances. Smith was also named All-MEC Honorable Mention in 2021.

Following her playing career, Smith served as a Graduate Assistant at Coker University, where she earned her master’s degree in Sports Administration. She also coached with Ohio Valley Volleyball Company and currently works at Shawnee State University as a CCP Advisor and Testing Coordinator.
