Dako Strength & Human Performance Develops and administers comprehensive, effective strength and conditioning programs for competing athletes and working adults.

Through foundational movement and mobility, basic strength training, speed, agility, and plyometrics, programs are geared to optimize athletic and genetic potential, giving athletes the understanding, knowledge and confidence to succeed on the field of play.
