Team Atlantic Level 8,9,10 had an amazing experience at National Gymnastics Association National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. Traveling gives them perspective, since there is a much bigger world out there than teeny tiny NH. It also gives them connections throughout the country as these girls cross paths at clinics and meets. For these young athletes this experience embodied:
* Seeing the level of talent across the country.
* Understanding that everyone has strengths and challenges.
* Realizing that being part of a national championship is something special, regardless of placement.
* Learning to celebrate others’ successes.
* Building friendships with athletes from different states and backgrounds.

These team girls had some excellent meet results as well!

Team Atlantic Level 6,Platinum and Level 7 had an amazing experience at nationalgymnastics_nga National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. Learning how to do “business travel,”and being prepared for “the job” takes practice. For these young athletes this experience embodied:
*Navigating airports, hotels, and unfamiliar places.
* Managing schedules, nutrition, and rest.
* Learning responsibility and adaptability when plans change.

Team Atlantic Levels 2-5 had an absolute blast at National Gymnastics Association National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. For these young athletes some of the most important lessons are about creating memories and having gratitude. This experience embodied:
* Creating lifelong memories with teammates and family.
* Appreciating the coaches and support system that helped them get there.
* Learning that the journey and experiences often matter more than the final results.

Thank you to the NH USAG Board Members for selecting Atlantic Gymnastics as the 2026 NH USAG Club of the Year!

Team Atlantic coaches Cori Cunningham, Allison Brisson, Ryleigh Fitts and Julia Croes led the way for a high number of athletes to qualify to Regional and National Championships. Atlantic had 12 gymnasts who were qualifying members and the list is as follows:

Atlantic had strong team finishes at NH USAG State Championships.
🥉Level 6 - 3rd place team
🥈Level 9 - 2nd place team
🥇Level 8 - 1st place team

Atlantic made visible contributions to the USAG State, Regional and National communities with Alli Brisson as a clinician at Rising Stars and as the Delegation Leader for Ayla Burrowbridge’s Junior C Level 10 National Championships Team. Atlantic also had 3 athletes who were invited to, and participated in, the Region 6 Developmental Camp (Harper Burrowbridge, Aaliyah Hallinan, Ella Kate Woods)

Team Atlantic has a positive reputation for sportsmanship, with their athletes being some of the first to greet, cheer on, and support peers from other clubs. Team members display solid and up to level routines which speaks to the quality of the athlete development in the Team Atlantic Program.

Cori, Alli, Julia, Ryleigh and the Team Atlantic members who compete in the USAG program thank everyone very much for their recognition of all the hard work and dedication it requires to achieve and compete at a high level of gymnastics. We are honored to accept this award!

Let’s celebrate Paige Bailey!!! Paige has been an Atlantic Gymnastics member since the age of 5, and as she gets ready to graduate from highschool we all gathered to watch her sign her college flag and to acknowledge her journey from childhood to adulthood as part of our gym family! Paige started at the gym as a 5 year old and she’s finishing up her highschool career as an accomplished Level 9 gymnast, a high achieving scholar, a talented artist, a solid friend to her peers, and a sweet role model to all of those who look up to her. Paige is headed to the University of New England where she will join the UNE Club Gymnastics team and she will study neuroscience with future plans of being in research. We are so proud of you Paige!

NGA 2026 Regional Championships…where should I start?!?! I’ll start with the fact that Atlantic Gymnastics was the local host club and we had almost 100% family participation for volunteering! Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Team Atlantic gymnasts had an incredible weekend with many All Around Champions, Team Champions, and personal best performances. Everyone who competed qualified to NGA National Championships and we have over 40 team members traveling to Orlando to compete in early June! To the parents, gymnasts, and coaches…you all have created a positive, inclusive, and forward moving culture that is a pleasure to be a part of. Congratulations!!!

Simply becoming a consistent Level 10 gymnast is considered a major accomplishment in the gymnastics world. So, it is simply amazing to qualify to Level 10 Nationals as a first year Level 10, and that is what Ayla Burrowbridge did this year! Ayla traveled to Oklahoma City to compete against Level 10 gymnasts from all over the country. The experience started with opening ceremonies, then a Region 6 practice, and then a wildly competitive meet session right in front of the row of college coaches who have front row viewing seats! It was an amazing experience, and a perfect stepping stone in her gymnastics journey! Congratulations Ayla! We are all so proud of you!!!

* Roughly 1–3% of competitive team gymnasts achieve L10 status in the country
* many train For 8–12+ years before reaching that level

🤸‍♀️Why Level 10 is so selective?
To reach Level 10, gymnasts usually need:
* High-level strength and flexibility
* Years of consistent training
* Advanced mental resilience
* Injury management
* Family time/financial commitment
* Ability to progress difficult skills safely
