Team Atlantic members don’t just compete in the gymnastics arena! On Saturday, Ella Kate was crowned Junior Miss Hampton Beach, continuing a tradition that has been part of Hampton Beach for more than a century.
☀️ During the competition, Ella Kate participated in an interview with a panel of judges and was evaluated on her swimwear presentation, stage presence, and evening wear.
☀️As Junior Miss Hampton Beach, she will serve as an ambassador for the beach over the next year, helping promote community events and representing Hampton Beach at public appearances.
☀️ After being crowned Little Miss Hampton Beach, Ella Kate launched a school supplies drive and a beach toy donation initiative—both of which she plans to continue in her new role.
☀️ Throughout her reign, she will also participate in the Children's Festival, Seafood Festival, local parades, and numerous community service events.

A handful of our Team Atlantic highschool aged gymnasts traveled up north for what turned out to be an amazing training and learning experience! They connected with college coaches, gymnasts from all over the country, and they pulled off a team dinner as well! The connections and experiences are all small stepping stones that they benefit from on this gymnastics journey they are taking!

Check out Katelyn’s 40ish foot rope climb, showcasing not only her incredible upper body strength, but also her outstanding technique. Her efficient climbing style is a testament to the hard work and dedication she puts into every practice.

In gymnastics, strength is about so much more than muscles—it provides the control and body awareness needed to perform complex skills safely and successfully. The stronger an athlete becomes, the more confidence and precision they can bring to every event.

Katelyn’s superior rope climb technique and exceptional strength are just another example of the commitment it takes to excel at the Level 9 level.

Team Atlantic Level 8,9,10 had an amazing experience at National Gymnastics Association National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. Traveling gives them perspective, since there is a much bigger world out there than teeny tiny NH. It also gives them connections throughout the country as these girls cross paths at clinics and meets. For these young athletes this experience embodied:
* Seeing the level of talent across the country.
* Understanding that everyone has strengths and challenges.
* Realizing that being part of a national championship is something special, regardless of placement.
* Learning to celebrate others’ successes.
* Building friendships with athletes from different states and backgrounds.

These team girls had some excellent meet results as well!

Team Atlantic Level 6,Platinum and Level 7 had an amazing experience at nationalgymnastics_nga National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. Learning how to do “business travel,”and being prepared for “the job” takes practice. For these young athletes this experience embodied:
*Navigating airports, hotels, and unfamiliar places.
* Managing schedules, nutrition, and rest.
* Learning responsibility and adaptability when plans change.

These team girls had some excellent meet results as well!

Team Atlantic Levels 2-5 had an absolute blast at National Gymnastics Association National Championships!

At Atlantic we truly try to “build champions for every day life” and having a National Championship experience has many lessons to offer. For these young athletes some of the most important lessons are about creating memories and having gratitude. This experience embodied:
* Creating lifelong memories with teammates and family.
* Appreciating the coaches and support system that helped them get there.
* Learning that the journey and experiences often matter more than the final results.
