Shoulder pain is common. But common does not mean normal.
Too many people just quietly adjust their lives around not being able to lift things or learn to live with nagging shoulder pain. They hang back in class, skip the pressing movements, and tell themselves it is just part of getting older.
This is not something you have to accept.
