To all of our members!!! Can we please be respectful of the facility. Put your weights up, respect the equipment, and if u make a mess anywhere please clean it up!! It should not be our staff’s responsibility to pick up your weights or clean up a mess that you made!!! Thank you!!!

Just a heads up to our NASG members. Starting April 1st they will no longer be doing your payroll deductions. So you will be responsible for your own payments starting April 1st. We do have automatic draft as another option for you.
