✅ Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday = Upper Body
Take a few minutes today to look at your schedule, decide which classes you're attending, and make a plan to show up for yourself. The members who see the best results aren't the ones who are perfect- they're the ones who stay consistent!
🚨 Important Youth Class Update:
There will be NO Youth Strength & Conditioning classes on Thursday evening or Saturday morning this week.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve your endurance, lose body fat, or simply build healthy habits, every workout is another step in the right direction.
