Join Debbie and Lauren for a 12-hour weekend intensive focused on Icarian and Washing Machines. Designed for intermediate-level acro students comfortable with foundational partner acro skills, this training will build strong foundations for dynamic movement while helping you level up technique, timing, coordination, and confidence. Whether you’re newer to Icarian or refining your existing practice, we’ll meet you where you’re at with supportive coaching, detailed progressions, and plenty of fun flying. Starting Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning, the longer workshop sessions will give us time to dive deeper, get more done, and really explore the material. We’ll also include acro talks and games for a full, intensive experience on and off the mat.

The Dream Washing Machine
August 21, Friday 6pm-9pm

- Big Le Moi

In this class, we will dive into the vintage vibes of the Dream washing machine, crafted by Debbie and Jacob more than ten years ago. This highly sought-after machine is a favorite among enthusiasts, coveted for its elegance and fluidity.

Castaway
August 22, Saturday 11am-2pm
Pre reqs:
- Jump into and hold a reverse star comfortably
- Comfortable and solid Icarian straight throws in bird and throne

We’ll break castaways down piece by piece, helping bases and flyers understand all the moving parts that need to work together to make it successful.

Passage and pop over
August 22, Saturday 4pm-7pm
Pre reqs:
Bed straight throws
Front bed straight throws
Flyer Backward roll

This class is all about Passage, also known as Rainbows! We’ll work on popping from a bed position into both front bed and then back, exploring the timing and technique that make these skills feel smooth and floaty.

Group machines
August 23, Sunday 11am-2pm
Pre reqs:
- F2h hold 20 seconds
- Big Le Moi
- Ninja Star
- Bases Double Bird
This is a fun and silly class where we’ll turn regular Washing Machines into Group Washing Machines, passing each other around for a laugh-out-loud good time with your friends.

🤩 Beginning Contortion w Hans!!

This class is for those who have the active flexibility and want to tackle contortion tricks, shapes, and transitions. Each week we will focus on different poses, like leg scales, crocs, and forearm bridges, with core contortion foundations, such as oversplits and bridge variations, worked on in every class.

To join: students should be comfortable working on square active splits and be within 6 inches of the ground in both front and middle splits. Students must also be able to hold a bridge (backbend/wheel pose) for 30 seconds. OR if you’ve worked with Hans directly, you may join with her approval. Students are expected come with an open mind and patience with their body and their progress.

Floorwork is learning to move into, across, and out of the floor with clarity and intention. This class offers tools and pathways to help us move through low/mid levels while cultivating strength, awareness, and flow. Exercises work toward building a solid base for nuanced coordination, creative transitions, and floor acrobatics.
* Long sleeves, pants, knee pads, and socks encouraged

Drawing from dance, gymnastics, and martial arts, soft acrobatics aims to practice solo acrobatic movements (handstands, cartwheels, jumps, etc.) with an emphasis on fluid transitions and body awareness. Class often includes drilling/detailing movements, improvisation using class material, and short sequences.
* Experience with handstands, cartwheels, and rolls are helpful but not required.

Quick heads-up: the gym will be closed Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th while our team is out at Acrolandia! There will be no regular classes on the schedule for that weekend.

If you interested on going to Acrolandia, tickets are still available to purchase

We will also be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of the holiday.
Normal hours of operation will resume on the Mondays following these closures (June 29th and July 6th).

⚠️ Note for Auto-Enrolled Members:If you are registered for a class during these closed dates, your class credit will be issued back to your gym account. Please note that these specific credits do not roll over to your next billing cycle, so be sure to use them before your next renewal!
