🚨 NEW LAW OF THE GAME UPDATE: 5-SECOND THROW-IN RULE 🚨

Players now have 5 seconds to take a throw-in once they’re in position and the referee signals it’s time to restart play.

⏱️ If the throw-in isn’t taken within 5 seconds, possession will be awarded to the opposing team for the throw-in.

This rule is designed to:
⚽ Keep the game moving
⚽ Reduce time-wasting
⚽ Encourage quicker restarts

Players, coaches, and parents be sure you’re aware of this change before the season begins. Quick decisions and quick restarts will be more important than ever!

🚨 5-SECOND GOAL KICK RULE 🚨

Coaches, players, and parents here’s one of the newest changes to the Laws of the Game!

Once the referee signals for the goal kick to be taken, they may begin a visible 5-second countdown if they believe the restart is being delayed.

⏱️ If the ball is not put into play before the countdown reaches zero, the opposing team will be awarded a corner kick.

This new rule is designed to reduce time wasting and keep the game moving.

PC United let's show our support for Evan Ruiz ( #2) on the U11 boys competitive team as he proudly represents PC United and Ponca City, Oklahoma on the international stage! Evan, a proud U.S. citizen, has earned the incredible opportunity to compete with Team Mexico at the Copa América ISOCUP in Lima, Peru.

Opportunities like this don't come around often, and watching one of our players represent our small corner of the world on an international stage is something truly special.
From Ponca City, Oklahoma, all the way to Lima, Peru we're cheering you on every step of the way!
