The ATF has 60 days to appeal and we as dealers have not gotten official advice from the ATF. Our priority is to keep the process compliant while protecting our customers and ourselves from potential issues in the future.

Until we get clear direction, A&J Sporting Llc cannot responsibly facilitate a transaction outside of the current NFA procedures.

We will continue monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as more information and guidance become available.
