Panther Track Club The Panther Track Club is a summer track & field program for children ages 5-14 based in Poland, Maine.

We welcome athletes from all Maine towns and cities to participate. The Panther Track Club is a member of the USATF Association.

As we get closer to our first meet, please know that coaches will be working with athletes on their event choices. For athletes wrapping up other sports you still have tlme to register. I hope to wrap up ALL Panther registrations this week. If you did not receive a t-shirt order form, please see me tonight at practice. The following need to pick up uniforms: Laneau, Kostopoulos, Jones, I. Johnson, K. Hladik, Hall, Garcia, Wilson, Spence, Rhoads, Paine, Mecure, Footman, Christmas, & Honbewell. I will be at practice from 6-730 tonight. We have a surprise for all Panthers. Thank you!

Panther Families: The season schedule is now posted on our website and on Team Reach (select calendar icon.) Groups 8&U, 9&10, 11&12 may only select 3 events to compete in at every meet; 13-15 may select 4 events. Note: Relays are considered an event. Events are set up on an alternating basis. “A” Meets provide specific events for female athletes and specific events for male athletes. “B” Meets reverse these selections. At the “Combo A/B” Meet, athletes can choose any event to compete in. The Qualifier and State meets will be explained late in the season. The schedule will be available in hard copy at practice (see Rose). Order of Events will be available at a later date. Thank you.

Panther families: Just a reminder to complete your Panther registration this week. Those with completed registrations by the end of Monday evening's practice will receive uniforms on Wednesday. The next distrution of uniforms will be the following Monday (yes, there will be practice on holiday) If you have questions, please reach out.

Also, from now until the end of the season additional Race Walk practice will be on Monday's, 445-6pm for veterans and all those Panthers interested in learning the skill. You do not need to be there the entire time.

Practice is on. Looks like rain will hold off for a bit. We will still only do running events and will only go for an hour, 6-7pm.

Panther families, another cold & rainy day. Right now we intend to hold practice tonight but for running events only. Dress warm if you plan to attend. We will check the weather again at 5pm to see if a cancelation is needed. Thank you.🙂

NOTICE MAY 6TH: RAIN IS IN THE FORECAST FOR TODAY'S PRACTICE. As long as there is no thunder/lightning or a downpour, we will have practice for only running events. It is not mandatory to attend use your own judgement. Also, no registrations will be taken today; we will resume on Monday, May 11th.

ATTENTION Panther families: as mentioned at last night's practice, the middle school has moved their meet to tomorrow (Wednesday). Therefore, Panther practice is canceled for tomorrow. We will resume practice next Monday 5/4 @ 6-730pm. Thank you. 🙂
