Great job to these local boys and girls who came out for a Self Defense Safety Course this past Friday May 1st.
It was another awesome fundraiser in support of Panthers, Let’s Eat👍🏻👍🏻

The kids learned some basic hands-on defense techniques to help them stay safe!
Lieutenant Jason Malley of the Berkeley Township PD lead the course giving safety tips and very important information for dealing with difficult and potentially dangerous situations!
They also spoke about online safety awareness with social media platforms and gaming sites!

BJJ black belt instructors and coaches all assisted on the mat and with Q & A.

BJJ Shore Academy was happy to host this fundraiser for a second time for the PANTHERS LET'S EAT Program which provides students who qualify for the National school lunch program in the Point Pleasant School District, as well as other siblings in their household, with healthy kid friendly meals during winter, spring and summer breaks when school is not in session.

SELF DEFENSE Safety Course Friday May 1st - (Kids ages 10 & up)
Learn hands-on practical self-defense skills that can enable you to avoid, resist and survive dangerous situations.
Become empowered and confident in your ability to defend yourself and learn how to STAY SAFE!

Our certified instructors and law-enforcement professionals will offer important information as well for dealing with difficult and potentially dangerous situations.

DON’T BE A VICTIM “knowing something is better than nothing”...you can never be too cautious!
