🇺🇸 MEMORIAL DAY MURPH 2026 🇺🇸

Today we didn’t just work out… we showed up with purpose.

Our Lift family came together to take on The Murph — running, rowing, reps, sweat, and grit — all in honor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
