What a magical Saturday at MIP! Our first Reiki share was everything we hoped for and so much more.
The energy was luminous — radiant, peaceful, and deeply healing. You can see it in our smiles.
We are so grateful to everyone who came and shared their gifts and talents. Whether trained in Reiki or experiencing it for the first time, your presence made a difference and made the experience complete.
And my favorite moment? Hearing someone ask, "When do we get to do this again?" — that's exactly why we created this gathering.
We can't wait to do it all again next month.

"Hello, my friends. Happy Saturday.
Today's message is about being grounded — and why that matters more than ever.
The card I pulled today is Rebecca Campbell's Starkeeper card, from her Starseed Oracle deck. This card reminds us that when we are grounded, connected, and fully present, we open ourselves to reach higher — to bring in more divine light, divine guidance and energy. To fully stand in our authenticity and authority.
From that grounded place, we can plant seeds of light that nurture the light in others enabling their authenticity.
Today, let's stay grounded and look for how we can serve others — as both the planter and the nurturer of that light.

Our Third Eye Chakra is the center of intuition, inner vision, insight, and spiritual awareness. It reminds us that not everything needs to be seen with our physical eyes to be understood.

This month at MIP, we invite you to slow down, become quiet, and begin listening to the wisdom within.

MIP Saturday morning message.
Good morning, my friends. This week has flown by.
My dad has been in the hospital in another state, and I have been called to show up each day in a new way—a brave way.
In that energy, I have also caught myself running from feelings and distracting myself with work.
I don't believe we are meant to bury ourselves in our feelings, however I do believe our unfelt feelings can bury us. Today, the Surrender and Release card feels like an invitation to surrender to the experience and release the need to control the outcome. Tears will not flow forever.
Spiritual growth card reminds us that growth happens when we are called to put our faith and practices into action. On the other side of these experiences, we get to see the real energy of who we have become—our strength, our authenticity, and our ability to keep our hearts open.
Sometimes, spiritual growth also means remembering that we are not meant to walk every hard road alone.
I am reminded of Footprints in the Sand, when God explains that the single set of footprints appeared during the hardest moments because, “That is when I carried you.”

Clarity or awakening is not something we achieve once.

It is something we choose every day.

With every thought we release...
With every fear we surrender...
With every moment we choose peace over worry...

We strengthen our connection to our Crown Chakra and to the Divine wisdom already living within us.

Here are a few simple ways to nurture your Crown Chakra every day:

✨ Begin your morning with gratitude.
✨ Spend a few quiet moments in meditation or prayer.
✨ Step outside and notice the beauty around you.
✨ Limit the mental clutter that keeps you connected to the chaos.
✨ Carry Fluorite as a reminder to return to your center.
✨ Ask, "Is this thought coming from fear...or from love?"

Authenticity begins when we stop allowing our past stories to define us.

Clarity gives us authority over our own lives.

Divine connection reminds us we have always been supported.

Hello My Friends,

As we continue our August journey through Clarity & Divine Connection, this week we are working with the beautiful energy of Fluorite.

Fluorite is a wonderful companion for the Crown Chakra, helping us create the mental space needed to connect with our higher wisdom and Divine guidance.

When our minds are scattered or overwhelmed, it can be difficult to hear our own inner knowing. Fluorite invites us to clear away the mental clutter, become centered, and create space for clarity to come through.

Spiritually, Fluorite reminds us that clarity is not always about finding more answers—it can be about releasing what is clouding the answers we already carry within us.

✨ Hold Fluorite during meditation or prayer.
✨ Place it near you when journaling or seeking guidance.
✨ Take a few quiet breaths and ask, “What do I need to release so I can see clearly?”
✨ Allow yourself to listen without immediately needing an answer.

The Crown Chakra teaches us that divine connection is always available to us. Sometimes we simply need to become still enough to recognize it.
